Yes, a Salute for a traffic police. Most probably, we must have thought of the work of a traffic police who performs his duty standing all the time just to help us to commute well. He is to suffer with so much dust, pollution, noise etc. but still he stands in the middle of the crossroads.

It is my routine to get ready for the office and to come Gurgaon along with my husband in car.  While traveling, too many crossroads comes on our way.  We usually see the responsible traffic police who perform their task of managing the heavy to heavy traffic so smoothly and calmly. These traffic police are even not worried about their life. They just care for the general people who travel through their own vehicles.

We usually pay attention to our family with whom we live, our friends who are a part of our social life, our colleague with whom we work, our employer who provide us the opportunity to earn hard money for our survival etc. Apart from these, we do pay attention to doctors, lawyers, drivers etc. all of them work for us in exchange of money only. But we usually forget to pay attention to the traffic police who perform the duties with the great honesty without charging any penny from us and without bothering about their life and health. They do charge if we break the traffic rules a penalty. But they do have right to punish us for our negligence.

These traffic police are alike the soldiers who stands at the country border just to save us from the enemy country’s attack. Likewise, traffic police save us from the road accidents and uncertain mis-happening.  So this article is just to appreciate their efforts towards the social welfare. This article will also motivate them to perform their duties very well. Again A salute to Traffic Police for their hard work and dedication.

You must be thinking – how is it possible to write without having any skills. Yes, it is true. Writing comes from the inner interest. If I do not have any interest in writing, I can’t write by my own, I will simply cheat the other concepts. Writing is not technical in its part; it is more creative and thoughtful process. We see and feel too many things in our daily life and these things give us a chance to write and explore.

Writing does not mean to be professional. It must be informative or must have some meaning. I am writing this article because I want you to know that anyone can write. Whatever you write, it must be inspired with some topic, incident, person, thing or anything. It must have some motive. My motive here is to motivate you to write and to express your feelings to others.

You need not to have a companion all the time to share your feelings with.

Feeling alone and want to express yourself, just start writing diary

If having a fiction story, start writing novel

If you are inspired with someone’s life, write biography on that person

If you have some technical knowledge, write articles

If you have informative words, write blogs

If you can’t speak, write and express

If you are good in cracking jokes, write for comics

If you have thoughtful words, write thoughts, morals, tag lines etc.

Never afraid of comments. Face and respect the comments. This will helps you to improve more and more. I would like to share my experience. I am not a writer and not even have technical skills. I am not a master in English and not even explore the world. I am a simple girl who is busy with the family and office stuff. But I still love to write. I write because I am passionate. I am not inspired with others; I am inspired by my own.  I write to express myself. No content writer can write quality content without inner voice, no scriptwriter can write movie story without getting inspired.

Writing enhances the knowledge, improves the memory power, improves handwriting, and improves communication skills. Too many novels are published in the world; all are the examples of fiction and inspiration. If anyone want their articles to be published but not have confident of his writing skills, he or she may get the proof reading through some professional.

There are no hard and fast rules to lose the weight. People take part in the physical activity like gym etc. and sometime, they leave food just to lose their weight. But here are some useful and simple tips to lose weight:-

  1. First of all, you must make a plan to motivate yourself to be engaged in the activities of Weight losing. Without motivating yourself, you cannot succeed your goal of becoming slim, fit and fine.
  2. Start tour day with something healthy activity, this can be yoga, walk, jogging or cycling. Prefer to run your boot-off. Running will help to activate your internal organs and it will help excess fat to come out through sweat.
  3. Don’t be always lazy all the time. You must need to be active. An active person may be more healthy yet slim, fit and fine.
  4. At least, perform household chaos once in week like cleaning home, Washing clothes, etc. Domestic chaos always useful to maintain your body without making extra efforts.
  5. You don’t need to stop junk food forever. You just can less the amount of junk food or you can add some healthy things or put more vegetables in your junk food. For example, you can add more veg in your pizza, burger or chowmin etc.
  6. Try to avoid the food which is gaining more body weight. For example, instead of eating fried samosa, baked samosa can be eaten. Instead of bread roll, toast or sad witch can be taken. Try to choose better option which is healthier.
  7. You can have healthy breakfast. And then lunch can be taken with the same or less amount. You should try to have light dinner in the night. Instead of taking your meal in 3 times in a day, you can have small amount of meals in 6 times a day. It will make your digestion system more effective and will help to reduce obesity. Adding juice in the morning breakfast can be more helpful. Juice contains the fiber and so it is healthy yet less fatty.
  8. Don’t overheat all the time. Eat only when you are hungry. And eat only homemade food. Though it is not possible to eat homemade food all the time but still you must make a plan to eat 90% of the food at home only.
  9. You can also try one another tip i.e., sniffing banana, apple, peppermint etc. in case of small hunger. These things will help to full the stomach for that time or may lighten your hunger.
  10. Make a habit of walking. Don’t rely on elevators or lift all the time. When you are in office, try to use stairs as well. Walking up and down stairs controls health disease.
  11. One must not sit for long hours. You must take a 10 minute of walk after every 2 hour. Make a plan of walking at least for one hour in a day.
  12. Working professionals who are not having sufficient time on weekdays may make a weekend plan for outing or for some adventurous thing. This weekend activity may include, dancing, picnic, roaming around, swings, swimming etc.
  13. Drink plenty of water. Water maintains the internal organ.
  14. Having a dog or pet is god enough. Walking with the pet is also beneficial to lose extra body gain.
  15. In case, homemade food and physical activities are not helpful in weight losing, you can also consult some good dietician. Professional can also look for the online diet consultant.

Note:

  1. Don’t ever try to be hungry all the time just to lose your weight. Food disorder will make your body weak and invite more health diseases. Consume less calories food. Never skip your breakfast.
  2. If you are consulting some good dietician for weight losing, stuck with their rules. If you will stop taking diet pills without consulting them properly, you will get your weight gain eventually.
  3. Do have junk food but maintain a ratio. A ration between junk food and homemade food can be 1:9.
  4. Gym or sport activity is good but it should not be over or excess.
  5. Don’t ever be disappointed with your physical appearance because of fatness. Keep in mind- fatty people looks cute. Always have confidence in you and motivate yourself.
