Here we are discussing some healthy breakfast meals, which you can prepare easily and quickly at home and get health benefits from them:

1. Oats porridge:
Oats are really good for health as they are rich in fibers and helps to control weight gain. Oats porridge is good for all age persons whether they are kids or an adult. This is a quickly prepared breakfast for your busy morning. Just take some rolled or simple oats in a pan and add some milk into it and add sugar as per your taste and let them boiled for 3-4 minutes and your oats porridge is ready. If you want to skip sugar then you can use honey instead of sugar and you can also add some dry fruits to increase your taste. But if you want to give this porridge to your toddler just be sure to make powder of this oats and need not add any dry fruits just add powdered oats, milk, and sugar and offer that dish to your small baby. So when you are in hurry and have no time to prepare any breakfast just try this dish, you are really loving it.

2. Poha:
Flattened rice are called poha. Poha is full of iron and has so many calories. However, poha is a recipe of Maharashtra but now it is liked in all over India. it is the very light meal but we can say it is a complete meal as we can add many types of vegetables and dry fruits into it to make it make it healthier and tastier and it is really an easily prepared dish. There are many kinds of Poha are popular in Maharashtra like Batata(potato) poha, Kanda Poha (onion) etc. But You can add many vegetables instead one or two as like you can add potato, onions, tomato, peas, capsicum, carrot, beans, cabbage, cauliflower etc and you also can add peanuts and almond which is really taste good in this dish. It takes approx 20-30 minutes to prepare. so try this recipe in morning meal and feel light and healthy.

3. Upma:
Upma is another a very healthy breakfast and good for persons who want to burn their fats and eat healthy and tasty food. upma is made from the semolina(suji) which is easily available in every home. You can add vegetables into it whatever you like. It is full of calories recipe and easy to digest. you have to roast the semolina in a pan. In another pan, you have to take some oil and mustard seeds and after cracking of seeds, you have to add some chana and urad dal, roast it, add some almonds or peanuts whatever you want then add your favorite vegetables like chilies onion, potato, carrot, beans etc and add much water. when it begins to boil add roasted semolina and stir continuously. your healthy upma is ready in no time. You can prepare it not more than 20 minutes. So take this option and add it to your breakfast list.

4. Veg Sandwich:
Sandwich is really an easily prepared breakfast. when no lady is at home and you are late for the office or schools just prepare the breakfast by their own. the sandwich is really a very easy and quick recipe. But you need to have some bread at home. If you are more health conscious then try the whole grain bread or brown bread. You can add any types of vegetables into your sandwiches like raw vegetables such as onion, tomatoes, cucumber etc and boiled vegetables like potatoes. you also can add cheese, butter, and mayonnaise in your sandwich which increases your taste.

5. Idli:
Idli is a south Indian dish which is the oil free dish and easy to digest. you can add this item to your breakfast. But the idli is made from the batter of urad dal and rice, which have to be soaked for 24 hours and then blend this mixture which takes so much time. but if you want to eat instant idli then you can try the idli made with semolina. It is also really good in taste and fat-free quick recipe. Besides semolina Idli, you can also try Oats idli which is healthier than other idlis and also take some time to prepare. so try this different types of idlis and add it to your breakfast menu.

6. Dosa:
Dosa is also a south Indian dish and very popular in all over India. Dosa is also of many types.you can try rice-dal batter dosa, Rice dosa, semolina dosa, oats dosa, moong dal dosa etc. Each has their own taste and own health benefits. you can make it by using very less amount of oil in non-stick Tawa. It tastes is really mouth watering and if you have some extra time in the morning then you can try this recipe with nariyal chutney, sambhar or peanut chutney whatever you like.

7. Dhokla:
Dhokla is s Gujarati dish and doesn’t require any oil and fat to prepare it. it is easy to make and its taste is really good. As we are very well aware that steamed product is healthier than other oily dishes. This dish is made by easily available food items like besan (gram flour). So try it in the morning and serve healthy and tasty breakfast to your family.

8. Wheat Porridge (Dalia):
Wheat porridge is really good for health as it is rich in fibers and minerals. It provides our body calories in much quantity. This recipe is good for all age persons and it is also recommended to the patients and the person who have some normal health problems, as it is a very light and oil free food. You can make this porridge sweet with milk and also it makes salty by adding some vegetables into it. Both tastes really amazing and health effective. 9. Sprouts:
Sprouts are very rich in minerals, proteins, antioxidants and vitamins. We can include sprouts in our breakfast as well as evening snacks also whatever you like. but it has so much health benefits that you should eat it as a morning breakfast as it helps to keep away all the toxins from the body and keep your body energetic. Many pulses can be used as a sprouts, but mostly Green gram (sabut moong dal) and black gram (Kala chana) are used for sprouts . 10. Namkeen Sevaiyan (vermicelli):
vermicelli is made from semolina which is good for health. Vermicelli can be eaten with milk and dry fruit as a sweet meal and if you don’t like sweet things then try vermicelli with vegetables and spices. This recipe is called namkeen Sevaiyan. You can make it by using very less oil and added many vegetables into it. It is really a very tasty dish and easy to prepare at morning.

But unfortunately, her role was canceled. later on, she received another offer from Kirti Kumar who want a new face for his film Radha Ka Sangam, Bharti was selected for the role of Radha, but due to some reasons, this role was given to Juhi Chawla. Divya’s childish nature was considered the main cause for this failure. After many struggles, she got an offer from Telugu film producer D. Ramanaidu and he casted Divya for his film Bobbli Raja. The film was released in 1990 and proved the greatest hit at that time. The film was also dubbed in Hindi and released as Rampur ka raja. She did many Telugu film and became a popular face in Telugu cinema. She did many super hit Telugu films like Rowdy Alludu opposite Chiranjeevi and Assembly rowdy opposite Mohan Babu.

Entry In Bollywood:

She got his first chance after many failures in 1992 in Vishwatma opposite sunny Deol directed by Rajiv rai. However the film was multi starrer film, but Bharti got recognition from the song Saat Samundar Paar and Highlighted in Hindi Cinema. A week later she was seen in the other movie named Dil Ka Kya Kasoor opposite Prithvi, however, the film failed at the box office but the movie’s music attracted the audience. In march 1992 she had done Shola Aur Shabnam opposite Govinda which was the blockbuster hit and she got an award of Filmfare lux New face of the year. She later did another a big hit film Deewana opposite Rishi Kapoor and newcomer Shah rukh Khan which is regarded one of the blockbuster hit films of 1992. She became a very popular heroine of 1990’s and included in the list of top 10 best actresses of the year 1992. Later on, she did Dil AAshna Hai, Balwan, Jaan se pyara, Geet etc. She also acted in Telugu movie name Chittamma Mogudu opposite Mohan babu. She did back to back 14 films in 1 year which was an unbreakable record. She was also seen in the multi starrer film named Kshatriya with sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, and Raveena Tandon. This movie was her last film which was released in front of her. She died after one week of the release of this movie.

Personal Life:

When Bharti was shooting with Govinda in Shola Aur Shabnam she was met with one of the Govinda’s friends named Sajid Nadiadwala. Soon Bharti and Sajid fell in love with each other and planned to get married. They married with each other but hid this relationship because of family problems. As she belongs to Hindu community and Sajid belongs to Islam. Her parents strongly disapproved this relationship but after marriage, she accepted the Islam religion and changed her name to Sana Nadiadwala.

Death:

On 5th April 1993, she was fell off from the balcony of her fifth-floor apartment at the Tulsi buildings at Versova, Mumbai. She was immediately taken to the Cooper hospital where she was declared dead as the heavy blood loss happened at the back of the head which was badly damaged due to fall. The reason of falling was never built as some said it was accidental, some said it was due to the alcohol effect, some said it was suicide, some said it was the murder someone had pushed her. But no assumption was verified. The investigation was closed after 5 years in 1998 by the Mumbai police and they declared it was the accidental death. Her body was cremated on 7th April 1993 at the vile Parle crematorium Mumbai.

After Death:

She had completed two films named Rang and Shatranj which were released after her death. She also had half completed her film Laadla which was later given to the Sridevi. She was also signed for many films like Mohra, Andolan, Kartavya, Vijaypath but was replaced with other heroines after her death. Two movies which were signed by her name Parinam with Akshay Kumar and chat Pe Chal with Jackie Shroff, both movie were shelved.

Yogi Adityanath was appointed as a Chief minister of Uttar Pradesh on 19th march 2017. After becoming a chief minister he is doing work more actively. He has shut down all the illegal slaughterhouses in Uttar Pradesh. He ordered police of Uttar Pradesh to prepare Anti Romeo squads to stop the women molestation. He suspended more than 100 corrupt police officer in Uttar Pradesh and ordered to all the Govt employees to work maximum time of 18 hours in a day. He imposed a ban on cow smuggling and ban on tobacco, pan, and smoking in every govt. offices. He pressurized the employees to devote 360 hrs. in a year for Swachcha Bharat Abhiyan. On 4th April 2017  in his cabinet meeting, he decides to free the bank loan on 87 lakh poor farmer amounting approx. $363.53 billion. Let’s see what more changes he will do in Uttar Pradesh. He is working very actively in his state.

Controversies:

Adityanath always became a highlight for his speeches and actions. In 2005, he started the movement of purification Drive in which he had convert 1800 Christians to Hinduism in Etah, Uttar Pradesh. He had given a speech also that he would never stop until he turns Uttar Pradesh and India into a Hindu State. His name was always found in Hindu-Muslim Riots in Uttar Pradesh. In 2007, in Muharram procession in Gorakhpur, Hindu and Muslim had some conflicts and a young Hindu name raj Agrahari was wounded and admitted to hospital. However, the district magistrate ordered the yogi Adityanath to keep away from the site as it creates more conflicts. but after the hospitalization of Hindu person, he denied the magistrate and traveled to the site and started a non-violent dharna at this site with a group of followers. By affected his inflammatory speeches, the young group set fire to the nearby Muslim mausoleum. Adityanath broken the curfew also and he was arrested by the local police and charged him for disturbing peace in that area. His arrest became the cause of big riots in Gorakhpur in which many mosques, train coaches, homes, buses, and trains were burnt. local police officers and district Magistrate were transferred and replaced.

In 2010, during the women reservation bill was opposed he said in the reservation should be done to the women as it didn’t affect the women basic responsibilities.

His hate speeches always create some issues and became the limelight for social media. In 2015, Yogi Adityanath said that one who opposes Surya Namaskar should leave the country and request to god sun to drowned such people into the sea. In late 2015, in one of his speech he commented that Actor Shahrukh Khan speaks like the Pakistan terrorist Hafiz Saeed and he should leave India and has to be sent to Pakistan. In one of his speech he also said that he wanted to install The shiva statue in every mosque. he compared the Pakistan to satan.  He always criticized Pakistan country and Muslim communities. His militant Hindu Yuva Vahini also had done many violent works and create tension in the state. This militant also worked for the Love Jihad. Yogi has been always in controversies for his speeches and straight forward statements.
